Training
Continuous education is key for professional success, even more so in pharmaceutical companies where constant change is an every-day reality. New drugs, changing production methods and changes in legal regulations or new fields of activities require ongoing further qualification.
While smaller pharmaceutical companies often provide training only to sales staff to expand their scientific and business qualification, larger enterprises offer a broad portfolio of trainings. Trainings related to the sales of a drug are mostly conducted by internal training units, but specialized external institutes are commissioned to conduct trainings on regulatory affairs, production, research and development as well as marketing.
Typical training positions include:
- Trainer (m/f)
- Coach (m/f)
